Before the surgery, the patient had A cup (1) size breasts. She wished to have an enlargement that would increase this by two cup sizes. The woman was tall and had a wide chest. For these reasons, I used a round, extra soft implant of 340 cc. As requested by the patient, the incision was made under the breast; the implant is placed behind the muscle and partly behind the fascia. As a result, the patient has a C cup (3) breast size.
